AACC has a program in place for the Central Florida Community that caters to all community members who are currently experiencing unemployment and the challenges they face. The AACC Employment Program entails services where individuals will meet with an employment specialist who will offer a one on one consultation.

This service is conducted the second Thursday of every month for six people. Twelve times a year, we mobilize training workshops to build skills in all relevant areas.

Employment specialists and volunteers assist qualifying individuals with practicing for mock interviews, building resumes, and enhancing computer skills. In addition to the monthly free-consultations provided at the AACC office, consultations are also be provided at our Health, Employment, & Immigration Fairs that take place biannually.

Lastly, a referral system is used to refer constituents to job opportunities.
